If it has "T+" it's the most recent translation for that game in that language, "T-" means it's obsolete. ,, and all indicate various types of hacks. means Alternative Version, for instance an official updated version with bug fixes or new anti-piracy measures. There are very few playable commercial titles for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, and Xbox Series emulators. This is /r/ emulation - not /r/flashcarts or /r/consolehomebrew.
